In fields with word selection lists, you can specify permitted entries and define the elements for selection in a further word-list field. To accelerate recording, codes can also be defined for words. External data sources for fast indexing can also be linked in via ODBC.
Form recognition, combined with zonal OCR and barcode reading, records the index in a fully-automated process. Standard forms such as invoices or delivery notes can be indexed using a fully-automated process by reading off the relevant data from the zones and writing it into the fields.
