CGI/PHP程序错误: 该脚本不允许执行

index.php 不允许执行原因是：

脚本权限错误：不能设置为同组可写！

解决方法:这是由于权限设置的不正确导致的，通过FTP修改一下权限就可以了。文件夹权限为755,文件权限为604.
